Tecwave’s OEM plants provide LTCC(Low Temperature Cofiring Ceramic)Technology offers Ceramic Multilayer Substrates ,which are compatible with SMT as well as packaging techniques(Die Mount ,Wire bonding, and Flip Chip).
Tecwave provides standard low cost manufacturing of high speed and high quality GaAs MMIC's (monolithic microwave ICs) and RFIC's (radio frequency ICs) as well as custom design type upon customers’ requirement.
Tecwave has applying its great experience to balance the trade-off between size and efficiency in tiny RF components for related RF IC’s needs of the wireless/broadband systems at present. Lower profile, lower loss and higher current in compact size is the design guide of our R&D principles to design such component which made by unique automatic process.
With experienced RF background FAE and engineers, Tecwave has quickly differentiated itself through collaboration, both with technology partners and customers, to develop and design the semiconductors as well as LTCC foundry that are changing the ways we live, work and play.
